					<description>The main components that degrade over time are the capacitors, and these are well worth replacing. Once you've done this it's worth experimenting with piggybacking the power supply capacitors, ie putting a 5uF in parallel with the main supply capacitor.
Don't forget to allow time for the new components to 'run in'.</description>
